1. Listen and learn

Absolutely Training looks at what you currently have and where you want to go. At the end of the process your need is fully analysed and understood.

The questions are important, but it's the answers that matter. Our consultants will analyse and audit your problem exhaustively before designing a bespoke training solution.

2. Validate and create

Our consultants consider a range of training tools from DVDs, seminars, e-learning or classroom options and blend them into a successful training programme. Your chosen course (off-the-shelf, customised or bespoke) is then built, tested and delivered on spec and to deadline.

3. Support and report

The end product is impressive and contains a sophisticated reporting suite. Courses are served through SkillsHubT, Absolutely Training's own learning management system. IT support, newsletters and a Customer Relationship Manager are all part of the follow up.
